Art By Bec sells original, one-of-one sculptural artworks created by Bec Stevens. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable Australian laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Artwork & Product Information

  • All artworks are original, one-of-one pieces

  • Variations in texture, finish, and form are part of the artistic process

  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences

  • All product images are representative of the final artwork

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify

  • Art By Bec does not store or have access to payment details

Shipping

  • Free shipping is available within Australia only

  • For International shipping please Contact Bec through the Contact Page

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Art By Bec is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an artwork arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photographs of the damage are required

  • Each case will be assessed case-by-case

Where applicable, a refund or alternative resolution will be offered.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults as defined by law.
